Alternative to IKO CRBT Series
The CRBT series offers a compact, lightweight, high-rigidity thin-section crossed roller bearing solution that can replace the IKO CRBT series.
Features of CRBT Bearings
Ultra-thin lightweight design
Compared to the conventional thin-type CRBS series, the CRBT series achieves only 69% of the thickness and 38% of the weight, with a cross-section height of just 5.5 mm and a width of 5 mm, significantly reducing installation space.
Ideal for equipment with stringent weight and size requirements, such as robot joints and drones.
High rigidity and high precision
The perpendicularly arranged cylindrical rollers enable the bearing to handle radial, axial, and overturning moment loads simultaneously, offering greater stability than conventional ball bearing configurations.
The integrated inner and outer ring structure (with mounting holes available on certain models) reduces installation errors and enhances rigidity.
Multiple configuration options
Available in open type, sealed type (providing protection against dust and grease leakage), and models with mounting holes (for simplified installation).
Operating temperature range is typically -20°C to 120°C, with the sealed type rated up to 110°C.
Low friction and long service life
Cage or separator designs suit high-speed operation, while full-complement roller designs are suitable for heavy-load, low-speed applications.
Typical Applications of CRBT Bearings
1. Industrial Robots
Used in the joints of collaborative robots, SCARA robots, and six-axis robotic arms to provide high-precision rotational support.
2. Service and Specialized Robots
Suited for lightweight structures such as humanoid robots, exoskeletons, and robotic dogs, helping reduce overall weight.
3. Drones and Optical Equipment
Applied in gimbals, radar turntables, and surveillance cameras that require compact, high-rigidity rotating mechanisms.
4. Precision Machinery and Medical Equipment
Provide high-precision support in CNC machine tools, harmonic reducers, and direct drive motors (DD motors).
5. Automation Equipment and Alignment Platforms
Suitable for AGVs, industrial rotary tables, and semiconductor equipment requiring high rigidity and low inertia.
