RE Series Crossed Cylindrical Roller Bearings feature a structure with two split inner rings and one integrated outer ring, making them suitable for applications requiring high rotational accuracy of the outer ring.

Thanks to the cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicular to each other in 90-degree V-shaped raceway grooves, a single RE series bearing can handle loads from all directions—radial, axial, and overturning moment loads.

The RE series crossed cylindrical roller bearings have been miniaturized to the smallest possible dimensions while still maintaining high rigidity, making them ideally suited for joints and rotating sections of industrial robots, rotary tables of machining centers, rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical instruments, measuring instruments, IC manufacturing equipment, and similar applications.

The RE series crossed cylindrical roller bearings offer exceptionally high precision. Spacers are installed between the rolling elements to prevent mutual friction and the increase in rotational torque caused by roller skewing. As a result, stable, high-precision rotational motion is achieved even when preload is applied.
